How modify the payment method
Follow these steps to modify the payment method:
1. Access the Nebulb Customer Portal using this link:
2. Enter the email address you used to request your Nebulb trial.
3. A screen will appear indicating that an email with the access link has been sent to you.
4. Go to your inbox, open the email you received from Nebulb, and click the “Log in to your Customer Portal” button.
5. You have 2 opcions:
a) Click the pencil icon to edit the card details you already have saved.
b) Click “+Add payment method” to enter additional payment methods besides the one you already have saved.
6. Fill in the form with the new datails and click the ¨Update button.”
IMPORTANT: If you updated your details because the license payment failed, the charge will be retried automatically within a few days.
And if you have any problem, submit a support ticket (or send an email to support@nebulb.com) and we will solve it.
